Buffing useless elites
I'm not sure if these are mention before but I haven't seen these in awhile so I'll post it.
Due to the fact Paragon and Dervish have the fewest elite, and many of them have completely useless abilities (especially paragons) I think some should be rebuff to be allow into the game.
One of the skill "Incoming" was nerf completely into disgrace, I think it should gain some grounds to have an role somewhere ingame (besides the fun part of yelling Incoming!)
Current states:
Cost: 10 Energy
Duration: 1...3 seconds
Damage Reduction: 50%
Target(s): Party in ear-shot
Recharge: 20 seconds
Viable Usage: Fun only (PVE save yourselves is superior is most aspect)
My idea:
Cost: 10 Energy
Duration: Attribute level/ 5 = seconds (round to nearest whole)
Damage Reduction: **time and reduction applied**
*75% first of three seconds duration
*50% first of two seconds duration and second of three seconds duration.
*25% last second for two and three seconds duration, and the single second duration.
Target(s): Single Other ally in Ear-shot
Recharge: 5 seconds
Extra Effect: Same target would not be affected by Incoming for next 10 seconds.
Viable Usage: Against spikes such as HA, adds most supporting role in mid-back for paragon class
Reasons: Allows the Incoming to serve as what it meant, Incoming should be someone going to hit or hit immediately not later on in pre-nerf that led to groups having perma-incoming. The Extra effect would also prevent perma-incoming on a character over extended period of time.

they nerfed it because it was overly powerful, just learn to live with it and use something else.
highly unlikely they will buff something they have already nerfed.

i hate the idea of nerfing a skill into uselessness. if a skill has no use then its functionality should be changed.
i think what we are going to see in the months to come is players complaining that a skill is overpowered, then Izzy is going to nerf it into uselessness to discourage it. Really discouraging because entire classes are going to be eliminated in the process. Areanet needs to spend some time and resources and actually fix the problems instead of deleting skills. I know it may cost $, but they need to keep the playerbase happy, or lose potential customers for Guild Wars 2.
